These Terms of Service apply to your use of The Signery Digital website and to orders placed through our online store. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About us
The Signery Digital supplies architectural digital display systems and related products. You can contact us at hello@thesignerydigital.com.au.
Product information
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly because of screen settings, materials and manufacturing tolerances. Dimensions, installation conditions and technical requirements should be confirmed before ordering where they are critical to a project.
We may improve or update product specifications where this does not materially reduce the product’s function or quality. We will seek your approval before making a material change to an agreed order.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing. We may contact you to verify project details, availability, specifications, delivery requirements or pricing before accepting or proceeding with an order.
We may decline or cancel an order before production where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, the order appears fraudulent, or we cannot reasonably deliver to the nominated location. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the relevant amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery, installation, access equipment, electrical work, permits, structural engineering and other site services are excluded unless expressly included.
Payment must be made using an available checkout method. Orders may not enter procurement or production until cleared payment and all required approvals have been received.
Customer-supplied information and approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy of dimensions, artwork, content, specifications, site information and other material you supply or approve. You confirm that you have the right to use any supplied artwork, trade marks, images, video or other content and that our use of it for your order will not infringe another person’s rights.
Where we provide drawings, proofs or specifications for approval, you must review them carefully. Approval authorises us to proceed on that basis. This does not exclude responsibility for a failure by us to supply the approved product with due care or as agreed.
Installation and site requirements
Unless installation is expressly included, products are supplied for installation by a suitably qualified person. The customer is responsible for confirming structural suitability, electrical supply, permits, access, network connectivity and compliance requirements at the installation site.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Website use
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use its content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, graphics, product imagery, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to The Signery Digital. You may view and use the website for personal or internal business purchasing purposes, but you must not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a product. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
Third-party services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, freight and technology providers. Their own terms may apply to services they provide directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when an order is accepted will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them, subject to any rights that apply under consumer law.
