What type of digital display do I need?

The right format depends on the site, audience, viewing distance, ambient light, content and installation conditions. Send us a plan, dimensions or a site photo and we can recommend a suitable direction.

Do you supply indoor and outdoor LED displays?

Yes. We specify indoor and outdoor systems, including fixed LED, digital posters, suspended displays, cube formats and selected transparent or specialist LED products. Outdoor systems are assessed for weather exposure, brightness, access and structure.

What is pixel pitch?

Pixel pitch is the distance between LED pixels. A smaller pitch can produce a finer image at close range, while larger pitches can suit longer viewing distances. The best choice is based on how the display will actually be viewed—not simply the smallest number available.

Can the display content be updated remotely?

Many systems support networked or cloud-based content control. The exact method depends on the display and control system selected. We confirm the required content workflow during specification.

Do you provide installation?

Installation requirements vary by product and site. We can coordinate supply, fixing requirements, power, data, access, testing and installation support as part of the project scope.

What information should I send for a quote?

Please include the site address, intended location, approximate display size, indoor or outdoor use, viewing distance, preferred installation timing and any drawings or photographs available. If details are still early, send what you have and we will help define the brief.

How long does a project take?

Lead times depend on the product, customisation, approvals, shipping and site readiness. We confirm an indicative programme once the system and project requirements are understood.

Can you work with architects and builders?

Yes. Our process is designed to coordinate with architects, builders, developers, hospitality teams and commercial clients. We can review interfaces such as structure, power, data, service access and shop drawing requirements.

Do you deliver across Australia?

Yes. The Signery Digital is Brisbane based and supports projects across Australia, subject to the product, location and installation scope.
